Square rhinestone settings?

Hi everyone-
I've been looking high and low for square silver rhinestone/crystal
settings and can't find them anywhere! (Trust me, I've googled all day
and all night and still haven't found them.

I'm trying to find settings such as the ones used in these photos:

They could be custom items, which would explain your difficulty in
finding them.
