Hi Y'all,

Just a quick note to let you know I listed two new auctions on Friday night.
I know, only two sets, but each set took me two days to make. Very ornately
decorated lentils. My favorite, of course, would be "Adornare" in raku and
black, but the other set I used my brand new "Leaky Pen" blue on and it's
very pretty too. Leaky Pen is a new color from a fairly new glass company,
and it's a gorgeous transparent Prussian Blue.

Why don't you click on over and take a peek.... http://tinyurl.com/qyva7

Thanks for looking!
Have a beady-utiful week!

Those are lovely Dawn. I'm still trying to get my studio set up, and
now that it's winter, it's very cold in the shed where my torch is. I'm
looking into a heated floor mat and still trying to get a barbecue tank
and ditch the little bottles of propane!!!

Your beads are an inspiration for me to keep fighting my way to where I
can actually work on the torch and get better at making beads. I feel I
have the aptitude for it; it's just the constant battle of desire vs
lack of funds! Meanwhile I still have my polymer clay and dichroic
glass.

You rock!!!

Cheryl

You combine all those dots and stripes and things so WELL!!! That
trend is a bit much for me -- too chaotic, and not well done --
USUALLY. But yours!!!!!!! Subtle color variations make the texture
stand out, and make the whole thing WORK. First dang time I've truly,
really, honestly seen that. GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GOR----KLUNK

Thank you so much, Cheryl!
I certainly feel for you having to torch in the cold. Even though I'm here
in Florida, there were a few nights back when I was torching in the garage
that it was like 40 degrees out there. I just wanted to snuggle up to my
kiln!
Good thing you're still doing the clay and fusing for the chilly days.

Thanks Becki!
Those are almost worthy of being in the "Emergency Beads" category, huh?

You are such a sweetheart, Sooz! Thanks!
It's funny how some squiggles work, and others don't.
Must have been the way I was holding my mouth that day.....LOL!

I completely agree. The style is usually lost on me as well, but Dawn does
it with such synchronicity.....just gorgeous.
