Default Klutz glove

The only reason I ask is a good friend of mine just cut the tip of her
finger off with her rotary cutter. She is a very careful person, but the
blade slipped (plus it was brand new) and cut the tip off her index finger
diagonally from the nail bed to the center of the finger tip. Fortunately
she missed the bone. The doctor said it would take at least a year to heal.
I was just trying to avoid an emergency room visit. Never thought of the
ruler guard.....maybe that is better. Can it be moved from one ruler to
another or is it permanent?

I would think it would be hard to remove, but don't see the point in taking
it off once it's on. I bought two. One is on my long ruler and one is
waiting to see which ruler it wants to go on. It is put on with double sided
tape. I suppose you could pry it off and then get more tape to restick
somewhere else. I wouldn't think it would be worth the trouble tho. It
sticks pretty tight.

Been there and done that. 11 stitches in my index finger , through the
nail bed and to the bone. Not a good experience. I am more careful but
even with extra protection for my fingers from the blade I have
discovered that I will from time to time in danger from the blade.
Especially if I cut 'out' away from the ruler accidentally and lose my
grip. So even with a handle guide caution is still necessary. I
haven't tried the glove only because I am not comfortable with anything
covering my hands.
