Fabric stores in New York City
Hi fellow stitchers,
I know this question has been asked in the past but stores come and go so I'd like up-to-date info. I'm going to NYC the week after Easter and would like to browse/shop at some quality fabric stores. Designer off-cuts and ends of line, plus choice of fabrics similar to those found in Britex or Fishman's for those of you who've had that pleasure - not really looking for low- end, super budget stuff. We'll be staying on the Jersey side of the river (Secaucus), and will have a car, so anything within an hour or so drive of NYC will also be viable. Any and all suggestions welcome. TIA, Alison cross-posted to alt.sewing |
