PM says her heart was worse than we realized, and she had developed bronchial pneumonia and some renal failure. I'm glad she had not lost her mental capacities. That would have destroyed her in ways we would have hated and so would she. She was more frail than we really realized, and the end came swifter than we wanted, but at least she can't have suffered much, if at all. Best way, really.
