Default Fraudulent Activity - bead seller copied text from my website

A seller we have been talking about lately who has some beads they are
insisting as handmade by their own hands.....
he's being busted by me for copyright violation - for copying *text from my
website*.
In every auction, he has the first paragraph of this page of my website:
http://www.lampwork.net/what.html

It's copied word for word. Check out:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4923314457

All his auctions have this description.

This is the same person whose beads look like something I have done in the
past.
I reported him and then sent an email:

Dear *austinhamilton*,

My name is Kandice Seeber, a lampwork artist. Be advised that you are
being reported for copyright violation. You blatantly stole words off of
my website. That is unacceptible.
http://www.lampwork.net/what.html is a
section of my website that I wrote describing to my customers what
lampwork is. The description in your auction is copied from it word for
word. This will not be tolerated. Not only are you trying to pass off
imported lampwork as handmade from your own hands in some of your
auctions, but you are violating copyright. It's disgraceful and will not
be tolerated.

------------------------------------------
He replied:
------------------------------------------
Kandice,

I'm sorry for that.
I indeed did copied this text from somewhere, however it wasn't your
website.
I guess someone else also copied it from you.
I'll remove this wording from my listing as soon as I can.
I'm afraid I can't change listings that already have bids.
I understand that being an artist and selling beads too,
you want to 'exterminate' the competition

Regards,
austinhamilton
------------------------------------------

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Exterminate the competition! Right......

------------------------------------------
Here's what I said:

Excuse me? Exterminate the competition? You aren't my competition. My
beads are well made pieces of art, not imported junk.
Your auctions will be shut down before they finish by ebay once I have
finished reporting them for copyright violation. Copying text from other
websites is against the law. As far as I know, you are the only person who
has copied my text.

People, please do not buy from someone who does business like this.

LOL - thanks everyone. It just really chapped my hide. I provide a lot of
good info on my website to fellow beadmakers and customers and visitors, and
it really gets me when someone feels they can just swoop in and take
whatever they want. I know it's done and should be expected, but that
doesn't make me feel any better about it. I just hope ebay cooperates.
