NC Oct 12-18 Workshop!
Reposted from another group
I'm really excited about the chance to teach at John C. Campbell. Please help me spread the word about this class! You can see details about it at the Folk School Website -- http://folkschool.org/index.php?sect...&class_id=2373 and learn more about me and my teaching at my own website -- NanRothwellPottery.com. If you have any questions about the class, please feel free to contact me at . As I said, this isn't directly about salt or soda. But perhaps I can rationalize/justify sending it to you by saying that I've been firing salt for over thirty years. The forms and surface treatment of my pots have grown out of that firing. So any pots I make or teaching I do, whether focused on making or decorating, or on actual firing, is always deeply informed by my work as a salt potter. Thanks!
