Default Advice, please: sewing machine repair in Austin, TX

I am having problems with my White ATS serger and need to take it in for
repair. Does anyone have recommendations for repair shops in town?

TIA,
Jolynne

Jolynne, what is the problem with your serger? Maybe we can help
long-distance?

I don't know, Cea...what kind of miracles can you perform? LOL!

The needles are striking the lower looper on the way down. Somehow, rethreading
just isn't working this time! ;-)

Before you run to the repairman, check you needles are inserted correctly
and are mounted as high as they will go. Its suprisingly easy to get them
in a little bit wrong and then you get that litle clunck clunk clunk
noise.... I did it once when I had changed needles - my right needle was
set a bit low, and the stitch went all funny.
