What is "embossing tinsel"?

I've never heard of it before.

How is it used?

Anna, and anyone else who's curious..."embossing tinsel" is embossing with
glitter mixed in. Especially, but not necessarily?, metallic ep with
metallic glitter.

The embossing tinsel is clear embossing powder with metallic flakes in it.
The flakes are larger than ordinary glitter. They are very sparkly and eye
catching. These would not be good for embossing detailed images but give a
really neat effect when used with bold images. They would be great mixed in
with UTEE.

FYI, these are all sold.
