trying to make a shrug that will also be a Shawl ,,

I am making a Shawl Shrug ,,, have an idea i try to work out .. wil
tell you how it works , Since i am a slow knitter , i knit the long
body on asweater machine , once long enough i start making the cuffs
and embelish it ,,, i made one the first ever , like this for a dear
friend , and i hope she feels my hug that came with it , Now i make a
second one fro a very old friend who is herself not well and has a
very ill husband ,,
