Default press & seal marking

I've been machine quilting a dark blue top -notoriously hard to mark. The
blocks really needed something a little more orderly than random squiggles.
I love the Glad Press & Seal for tracing, but the marking pens just didn't
show up well enough against the dark colors. Found a silver Penol 50 marker
in the wrapping paper basket, and that worked brilliantly! After a couple
minutes to dry, there was no ink transfer, and it did not soak through the
P&S. I'll be on the lookout for a finer tip.

Also, Jennifer Hepworth told me she uses tissue paper under her press n'
seal and marks her design on the tissue paper. At least I think I've got it
right....haven't tried it yet myself.

Thanks for the tip on using silver on the p&s with dark fabrics--hadnt
thought of that. So far all my quilts have been on the light site but I have
one BOM with blue/black background
