They're niiice.

I get frustrated with brick stitch that I end up giving up. As a
result, I have about 5 pairs of half-finished earrings (one day!).

However you seem to have used size 11. I use "small" (?15) because
the earrings look "finer". That's probably why I get so
frustrated.... :P
