Default Dem plackets

OK, betwixt glue stick, hand-basting, and watching what the hell I'm doing,
I'm having better luck with the plackets.

I saw another version of a placket in a book where that little pinnacle is
sewn before hand, and then turned inside out before sewing it down to the
shirt. So, instead of having to rely on folded seam allowances, it relies
on a seam to form the peak and rectangle. I couldn't afford the book, but
it looked interesting. I've looked at the version in Coffin's
"Shirtmaking", but it seems there would be an awful lot of fabric thickness
involved with the way he forms his peak.
