Default Making the watch face removable, an idea

On the type watch face that was used in Sarah's watchband I can picture
making a sturdy, small loop of beads thru the holes at the watch ends, then
using something like a lobster claw clasp to catch the loops. The watch
would have a bit more slide to it this way and thats a problem for more
thought, but this idea works at least. Anyone have any tweaks? Thoughts?

I have used the small, clear, plastic snaps to fashion a closure on a couple of
bracelets. They can be stitched in place with matching thread, and once
snapped, they "disappear"!

You could attach one half of the snap to the bracelet, and the other to a
swatch of peyote that is attached to the loop of beads that goes through the
watch ...would work best for a watch that has a long flat "pin" where the band
should be, rather than one that has a smaller opening....

What fun, figgerin'!

Great idea.. thanks! That was my hope, that many minds could ponder their
way through this.
