OT Highway Shooter in OH keep your eyes open

This is about as OT as it gets, but I'm begging anyone in OH and surrounding
states to keep your eyes open. They have identified the highway
shooter-sniper and have an APB out for his arrest. He's a 28 yr old white
male driving a Geo sedan-dark green with a black hood, license # CGV7387.
If you see this car call 911 immediately. He bought another gun Friday, so
he's armed, his father had found and turned in the weapons he had used.
God, I hope they catch this guy!

I commented to DH that one of the quilters on the group lives near
the area. It must be reallly scary. It is really tough to hide
when you have been identified. There is just about nowhere that
you can really hide anymore. Hope they get the creep quick.

actually, I think there are three or four of us here that are in or around
Columbus, OH. The story about him being identified and related stories were
most of the front page today...

I'm about 2 hours north of Columbus. Prayers coming your way. We've talked
about him many times at work -- so thankful Home Office is in Dayton & we
didn't have to travel around Columbus. It has to be very frightening to
venture out for any reason, especially putting your little ones on a school
bus.
I heard on a newscast today that a neighbor lady saw him loading stuff into
a different car, but I didn't catch what type vehicle it was.
He's a real sicko who actually needs our prayers as well. Cannot imagine
what would drive a person to do such random shootings.

Sorry, I just remember Gen mentioning and worring about the

Of course he could change vehicles, but if there's anyone here who knows -
what the heck is a dark green Geo with a black hood? Is that a car repair in
the works or is that some kind of design?
If it's a car that has had the hood replaced with one the wrong color,
that ought to be pretty easy to notice. Polly

I'm a little too close. We can see the part of 270 where the lady was
killed from our bedroom window. That's close enough.

Chevy Geo. They haven't said if the hood is a replaced one or part of the
original design.

of those car bras? Did they say Metro or another model?
