Custom ring

I would like to have a ring made as a gag gift. I want it to look like=20
a simple engagement ring. Instead of a diamond, I would like a very=20
large piece of crystal shaped like a round cut diamond. I have found=20
some round diamond shaped crystal on eBay that is about 1.6" in diameter=20
that I would like to use. I would like to spend less than $100 on=20
this. I don't care what the actual ring is made from as long as it=20
doesn't turn your finger green when you wear it, of course I don't think=20
anyone will really be wearing this for very long Can someone here do=20
that for me or make a recommendation to someone who can?
