Faux Crystal
Wotcher
Im still relativly new to polymer clays and im having quiet a lot of fun fiddling with the stuff but recently i wanted to try a few of the Faux tricks that can make clay look really spiffy. well anyway i was wondering if there is any way to achieve a crystal like faux effect, something like amethyest or citrine. Im inteding to make a sort of crystal shard and then probably inlay it with glow in the dark clay. i was just wondering if any one else has tried this. ive just been mesing with translucent clays and colors. any help would be great, thank you Heiko |

faux effect, something like amethyest or citrine. You will be wanting the teeniest bit of color added to the translucent or liquid clays, then baked very carefull so as not to overheat, then buff. Sarajane Sarajane's Polymer Clay Gallery http://www.polyclay.com |
