Default a quick hello

hiya,
have been lurking for a few days, but thought i'd better come out of hiding
& give a quick intro

my main needlecraft interest is cross stitch, I started up my own design
label last year & i also run an online xs business.i also do software
programming and a bit of web design too.. very much a multi tasker.

when i do find time to stitch I stick mainly to fantasy themes and dragons,
though i do seem to stitch an awful lot of cover kits at the moment - to get
the something finished satisfaction i guess as I have 3 very large wips im
working on as well.

well thats all for now, look forward to chatting to you all & getting to
know you,

take care,
Mel

Welcome Mel,

Don't let the ongoing thread about being banned drive your opinion of us. We
are a very friendly group for the most part, but like all friendships there are
occasional differences of opinion. Sometimes we needle each other just for the
heck of it.

I like your cat and frog blackwork designs and I think the skyscapes is a neat
idea. The variations on those are only limited by the colors of fabric you can
find.

Did you stitch that very cool greenish dragon? I forget just now which he is
called.

Where do you put your dragons? Do you have a dragon room?

I mostly stitch animals, some samplers, but have also loved and still do love
canvas embroidery. I think since my friends up in NY just bought another house
on the water (varmints that they are) I will stitch Graham Rust's Pug. These
guys have three pugs. Big smushy, gushy pugs.

Welcome.
