Default braiding reading materials

Good morning Dora
the one booklet `s which name i can`t recall exactly was Braiding &
?????? published by Dover ,, try and have a look through their
publications.
Braiding is in a way Mini weaving , hence in many weaving books you
find how to finnish the hanging ends of warp and they show ideas how
to braid them ..
"Fun with String Figures"is about a kind of braiding that does notstay
, but it teaches you how the ups and dows of strings go By W.w. Rouse
Ball, Dover 1971.
Weaving without a Loom By Sarita R Rainey, davis publications , No
date,
Is about other kinds of weaving , and is also about looking at threads
and how they combine ...
I think there was ad lately in one of the mags either piecework or
fiberart about a whole books with braids maybe you look up in
Interweave publications mirjam

After you have more than 7-9 threads it might be adviseable , not to
start your braid with one knot , but nake a small chain [ even with
finger , thread each thread on oe separate cahin , by this you
braiding will get flatter from start.
