Default Vintage Quilting Fabric from ESTATE---for SALE

We have come across a house full of quilting fabric, etc. from the
1980's that we're selling on ebay. I've been told that there are maybe
6 Singer Featherweight sewing machines in the house, the older ones, so
that gives you an idea of the quantity and quality of her supplies.
Over half the fabric I've found so far was designed by Jinny Beyer.

So far I've listed only fabric that is in perfect condition except for
cigarette smoke smell - which I've disclosed. It was all stored in
darkened rooms and stacked on shelves that were built all along the
walls.

My big concern is that some of the fabric has a discoloration on the
folded edge, the part exposed to the air. I'm guessing that this is
from the cigarette smoke (she was a very heavy smoker). I will not sell
any of the discolored fabric without a disclosure in the ad.

Would I be better off cutting off the part that is discolored and
selling only the perfect part? Would YOU purchase a 5 yd piece of
fabric with a 2" by 10" area that you knew you would have to cut out?
Do you think it would affect the price greatly?

If anybody has the time to check out my eBay ads, I'd really appreciate
it. Feedback is welcome.

Here's the link to the eBay listings that we have going right now.

Her husband keeps saying that he wants the fabric to go to people who
would love it as much as she did...

I know this is a long post, but I really would appreciate any feedback
you can give me.
