Default TANish...Paint Stain?

I need some help. We painted barn boards (don't ask) last
weekend, and I ended up with a big blob of paint on the butt of my
brand new jeans. I washed the whole load, my clothes, dh's and dd's
clothes together in cold water, and none of the paint came out.

Can you think of a way to spot treat these and maybe get the
paint out post-laundry? (yes, I ran them through the dryer...dumb
move, I know)

Thanks!

If it won't peel when it's dry, soak in lestoil. And that may not work.

The kerosene soak is before you let the paint dry, not after.

Oil base or latex?

it won't "peel" per se, it's pretty much just a flat, pigment stain,
no latex on it...and it's not oil based, I don't think! the barn
paint has silicone, pesticide, fungicide, and pigment in it, and it
all cleaned up with water, except for my clothes!

Wonder what a little bleach solution would do?

My SIL always swore by (trying to remember...) GOOP? If you look in the
notions aisle at the fabric store there will be this tiny bottle of gunk
(hey, maybe it's called GUNK) that costs a fair amount of money for the size
of the container but it says it removes just about everything and it does.
It even removed dried blue paint from the white rug in her bedroom after one
lazy paint session.

Hopefully someone else can think of the proper name for it but I'm on the
right track, I think...

I think you have the name right. There's also a product called Goof-Off
that is similar.

Howdy!

recommends a combination of ammonia and turpentine.
Sounds right.
Good luck!
