Wow.. its gorgeous! I've only tried the tumbling block once (and only one
block). They looked like they were about to topple over. It's a difficult one.. although I've only been quilting for 2 years so it may be more difficult for me than for some of you. There's an easier way to do it now. There's a pattern called "Not Your Grandmother's Tumbling Blocks". I haven't looked at it at all but it's supposed to be simpler. I believe that the "not your grandmothers..." is a strip pieced technique.
