Default Covering the edges of rooms?

One thing I don't like, is when you look into the rooms of the
dollhouse, at the edges of the room dividers and floors is seeing the
layers, of paint, wallpaper, flooring etc. On some pictures I've
seen, it's painted white, which looks nice. But I was wondering if
anyone ever put moulding along those edges - say 1/2 round or
something like that?

I use U shaped molding to cover the dividers. I run the electrical tape up
the backs of the dividers and I have to cover it. The molding fits nicely
over the edge.
