Default Craft Glue

I will soon be ready to glue together the parts of a small Dimensions kit
called
"Butterfly Fantasy". The instructions say "You will need thick craft glue
to attach the pieces".

Exactly what kind of glue are they referring to?

TIA

Probably something like Aleen's.

(Don't know anything about that vendor--it was just the first Google
that popped up.)

There are lots of brands - look for something that calls itself tacky or
thick. It resembles an extra thick white (or school) glue. It does work a
treat.

I've always used Aleene's Thick and Tacky Glue. I've tried other
types but none of them seem to be quite a nice as the Aleene's. It's
very thick and very tacky (rather like MOI -- maybe that's why I like
it), dries clear and can be washed out with water. It's so thick that
it comes in a little jar instead of the ubiquitous squeeze bottle!! I'm
assuming you don't need something that is waterproof or the directions
would have mentioned that. CiaoMeow ^;;^
