Epoxy enamel on rings

Can someone please tell me what this is and what is required for its upkeep?

This is a UV light hardened material, similar to MAX-WAX solar in
different colours to give an impression of yewelry enamel.

It is not so breakable as enamel but sensitive to temperatures higher
than 120 °Celsius.
Especially with polishing You must be very careful and avoid high
temperatures. Recommended are special polishing pastes wich avoid too
much heat.
Aceton and some other aggessive solvents like Dichlorethylen will
destroy and remove them from the surface.
