Help with Anchor thresd in Canada
It is a bit of a long story. I am doing a piece of cross stitch for
someone else; a kit she bought some years ago in Thailand. There are two greens, which need a lot of thread. In the kit there was extra floss for one of the greens and not the other. I see no point in trying to get any help from Thailand. The floss is obviously good quality, but it is not DMC. I suspect it is Anchor. I have tried to locate somewhere here in Ottawa that sells the full line of Anchor thread; without success. Is there anyone in Canada who has access to a full line of Anchor threads? I have looked the color up on my computer, and it looks like it is Anchor. If anyone is willing to help me, I will send a piece of the appropiate color. If it matches Anchor, then could you buy me a skein, send it to me, and I will reimburse you. Let me try in Canada first, as it makes payment, postage, customs, etc so much easier. Please reply by email. It does not need to clutter up RCTN. TIA. Jim. |
