Default tombo versus prismacolor

I use tombo pen markers to do watercoloring on my cards. I read somewhere
that prismacolor markers were better. But they seem to be permanent markers
which I assume means you could not use water to blend them ? Has anyone ever
watercolored with prismacolor markers ?

Hugs from France,
Joanne

I am pretty sure that they have a blender pen to go with those as I bought it
by mistake for something else.

I use the Marvy LaPlume markers personally.
