Default About that chocolate cake

Today I made the cake - just the cake part, mind, using cheap chocolate, to
be sure I can do it tomorrow. I sent the naked cake with my boy and my ILs
to late church, where it was apparently quite a hit.

Tomorrow, the good Valrhona 65% chocolate and the rum-flavored chocolate
buttercream frosting!

Fortunately this is a cake for a going-away party, so most of it will end up
on other people's butts, not on mine own

LOL
Actually, that sounds good enough that I wouldn't mind some of it on MY
butt! Would it be too much trouble to share the recipe? And for the
frosting, too, please? g

I'll post the recipe on Tuesday, after I make sure nobody actually does

fall
down dead of a "haaaat attack". Party is tomorrow night, I'll be caking
most of tomorrow. I knew I should have bought another bowl for the
KitchenAid when they were on sale!
