Actually, a fiber festival, tho organization seems to be a bit lacking
(no 4H group serving lunch, some *other* event happening int he main
barn that is threatening to suck up all the parking, yadda yadda). It
started as a friend with a fiber business asking me to run her booth,
as there is a DIFFERENT fiber festival going on in a different town
about 600 miles away that she was asked to teach at and offered a free
vendor booth in exchange.

Then it turned into "well, since you'll be in the booth anyhow you
should sell some stuff", so for the last month I've been scrambling to
get product ready. I've got 25# of soap (which masses high but bulks
low) and about 50# of fiber both dyed and natural and mostly carded
into 5'x24" batts (part of the 100# of S.E.X. I wrote about a couple
of weeks ago) that isn't all mine but a good portion is.

I'm also taking the gossip wheel and the weasel (cleaned up and
polished and mostly functional) in hopes of getting them out of my
house. Having a gossip wheel is good for the ego and has made me
popular in local spinning circles, but I don't need it and don't want
it (I'm keeping the two saxonies and the walker, thankyou!).

My Exploder is packed to the rafters, I left room for my cooler and my
overnight kit. And I tripped over two bagged raw fleeces not 10 mins
after I decided I was finished loading. THEN UPS showed up with an
order of commercial fiber (that I had forgotten I was expecting) that
may or may not actually fit but I'll find room for it.

Good gods, if I *don't* sell this stuff I'll have to stuff a mattress
with it, as I won't be able to bring it back into the house otherwise
*lol*

Wow! Sounds as though you will be a busy lady. Let us know the results of it
all.
Good luck with your own sake, too.
