Shillelagh - slipper soles

I found a pair of 8" leather slipper soles at the LYS. If you still

Thanks so much Wooly, but I had posted last week that I thought I would try
the anti-slip stuff for rugs, etc. I have found a whole roll of it and
expect it will do the job nicely. I'm sorry you missed the post and bought
the soles... I really appreciate your willingness to help.
