Jan Krentz class
that's a class I would benefit from..like somebody wrote in another
thread that I was reading yesterday, I don't do curve picieng... Kim E wrote: I took her Curved Piecing class last August at a guild workshop. It was VERY well done and a lot of fun. I wanted to go to the workshop she did for my other guild (I think it was the Spiral Lone Star one), but had to work that day Kim "BarbQuilts" wrote in message ... My guild had Jan Krentz (Lone Star Quilts book) in for some classes and lecture last week. Has anyone taken a class from her? She has a wonderful personality and gave a very good lecture with short slide slow and also brought quilts with her. I took her Hunter Star class which was very interesting. I'm doing it in blues and yellows, with a little green thrown in. I had about 10 pieces of Garden Sampler from Moda and supplemented it some prints from P&B's Annabelle line. I should be working on quilting my entries for our September quilt show, but this is more fun. If your guild is looking for a speaker/teacher, I'd highly recommend her. -- Dr. Quilter Ambassador of Extraordinary Aliens |
