O/T update on my nephew

He posted this on Facebook: LIFE IS A TRUE BLESSING EVEN IF IT DOES
THROW SOME MAJOR BUMPS YOUR WAY JUST PICK YOURSELF UP AND PUSH ON
THROUGH...... I WILL GET THROUGH THIS AND BE AN EVEN BETTER MAN
AFTERWARDS... MUCH LOVE TO EVERYONE WHO HAS VISITED OR COMMENTED...

For those who missed it, he was hit by a train and lost his left arm
and both his legs.

Oh my.... this is certainly a very special young man to have such a
positive outlook in the face of such a devastating life change. My prayers
that he continues to maintain this perspective... and that his recovery and
rehab is beyond successful!

Thank you Kate, we have had our problems in the past, but ONLY when he
had been drinking. When he is sobber he is a very loveing, careing
and wonderful young man.

So good to hear he is positive. Has this been his 'moment of
clarity'?
