Who did the PC hearts with pearls/shells?

Somebody in this group has been making PC hearts with pearls/shells/ocean
themed that was on the cover of I believe Polymer Cafe. Who was it, and what

My Beach Beads were on the cover of Polymer Cafe, but awhile back;
Spring of 2005 I think. I've done some heart shapes but mostly ovals.
