Default Ot Closed Roads and Politicians

We've had a lot of rain this summer. The rivers are swollen, there's been
flooding. The road to Anchorage and the road to Delta (and that's about all
we have for roads here in Fairbanks, except the dirt road to the North
Slope) are closed. The Governor is in town to view this "disaster area".
There's another road closed too -- the one going past the Air Force base.
That's because Bush is in town too, on his way to China, and not going off
the base.
