Default Art Insomnia Arrival!

My beads arrived from Dawn today... and all I can say is, if you haven't
bought anything from her DON'T WAIT! These are utterly gorgeous and show
the same sense of balance, harmony, and ineffable aesthetic that she has
already proven so well in her polyclay work. She's a relative newcomer
to lampwork and that's the ONLY reason her prices aren't sky-high...
they will go there, and soon, if I can judge by the beads I won!

these are them:

Yes, I got them for that criminally low price, and I'm not giving them
back! cackling

And Dawn, THANK YOU for the gorgeous bonus bead! WOW! My non-beady
husband snatched it out of my paws when I showed it to him, and I almost
had to sic Grandma on him to wrestle it back!

You are so sweet! And I'm so glad you liked your beads! It always makes me
nervous knowing my beads are going to another artist, especially one that
make gorgeous beads like you.
And I'm glad you didn't have to get grandma after Moxley to get your bonus
bead back, but then again, that could have been fun to watch.
Actually, I should be thanking you! And all the other lampworkers here at
RCB who gave me the inspiration and courage I needed to sit at my computer
12 weeks ago, hold my breath, and press that *Submit Order* button to get my
lampworking equipment. I had been lurking here at RCB since January, and
I've spent countless hours at your website, dribble drooling on my keyboard
over your beads.

GET OUT! I don't believe either thing--not that she made those at 12 weeks
of lampworking or that you got them for that pittance!
Whoosh.

=oD..heehee!...Thanks!
I'm sure the ten years of making beads from polymer clay helped a bit.

Aw geez, thanks! I am deeply complimented to think I was any part of the
impulse that put a torch in your hands, let alone the inspiration that
produced your pretty beadies!

You have a fine hand for art, so I have a feeling that whatever you turn
it to will be superb. I can't wait to see what the future holds, in
terms of your work!

Yeah, I know. It's un freaking REAL! But you know, you do occasionally
find a true natural in any art form, and we're lucky enough to have one
among us. I think her extensive background and sheer talent as an artist
in other mediums really helped, too.
