need help with translation

d.h. = dass heisst (= it means )
gehaekelt = crochet
werden = crocheted
d.h. die letzte Zunahme erfolgt in der Masche der 3 Luftm., die zu Beginn
jeder Runde gehäkelt werden. = it means the last increase happens in the 3rd
chain, which is crocheted at the beginning of each round.
Yikes, does that make sense? I can translate, but crocheting isn't my
strong suit.

I can't find what d.h, gehäkelt, or werden means but I think I got the
idea of the body. I basically chain 6, form a ring, round 1 is 11 dc
with one chain 3, rounds 2-16 I increase in each dc around, and in
round 17-19 I just crochet in each dc.
