Signe, those are beautiful areas, but next time come a bit father east
and check out Munising. We've got the Pictured Rocks National
Lakeshore, boat tours, a tour of shipwrecks in a glass-bottom boat (my
personal favorite tourist thing) camping, hiking, beaches, lots of
waterfalls, seasonal snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, Lake Superior,
lots of fun stuff. And currently, I think we have around two feet of
snow in our front yard. Usually, it gets up to about three feet, so
we're a little short on snow this year.
