in the style of "memory vessels"
Hello, I made a clay-covered tin that reminds me of the "memory vessels" in folk art/tramp art. The memory vessels were usually bottles or jugs, sometimes boxes, covered with various found objects like keys, buttons, etc. Some were then covered with a unifying color, some weren't. Thought I'd show you my tin http://www.etsy.com/view_item.php?listing_id=26635 It's for sell in my shop at Etsy. I'd appreciate any constructive critism regarding design, photo, description, pricing, etc. This is not a commercial, per se. :-) I'm still pretty new to selling (though I had a few things go on ebay) and just wonder what others think. Thanks! Alisa,
I think it's very nice, but the lace background really competes with the detail of the box. Try some ivory or white velour instead. Good luck! ---------- Barbara www.penguintrax.com eBay & Justbeadsenguintrax 0 /O\ Nurturing doesn't end at birth: breastfeed, co-sleep, babywear.
