I think it should be a yard minimum. Something weighty. FQ's are
nothing. I also suggest references from other swaps.

Frankly it sucks to be burned and it sucks to be the host who has to
nag and nag and nag and then tell the people that they've gotten no
response and their round robin is lost.

Can you tell I feel strongly about following through! I stopped hosting
many a thing on here from having to deal with people who don't follow
through. Causes a lot of bad feelings.

But doesn't stop me from participating...though I do so a bit more
choosy now.

I agree a FQ is a pretty light penalty! But I have been lucky in all three
RRs I have been in. They were great fun and we all kept to our contracts.

How about a penalty of 1 yard and a pound of Belgian chocolates (not my
thing, but almost everyone on this ng is obsessed with chocolate - LOL): and
public flogging with wet newspapers for a second offence.
