Default Bead Trade

Hello all,

I have a bunch of beads I purchased at auction several years ago. I worked
for the auction house so I got them before they actually went to the final
auctioning. Anyhow, the lady who owned them before traveled the world and
was in her 90's when she passed. She had boxes and boxes of beads that I
purchased.

In those boxes were a bunch of African trade beads. There are several
sizes. I don't really like them, but don't want to eBay them either. I
wanted to know if anyone would be interested in some trade.

I need findings. I would consider Bali silver, lampwork beads, Delicas,
etc. I can scan the selections for you and give you an exact count on the
beads. I can vouch that they are authentic and very old. One woman offered
me a bunch of money at the time of auction, but I couldn't give them up at
the time. She is a museum curator and wanted them for an exhibit. Now I
know I won't use them and am willing to part with them.

I also have some antique Japanese porcelain beads for trade. They are in
hues of blue and violet.

I imagine several of us would be interested in the trade beads. Can you
link to a photo, please.

I have more than a hundred of the porcelain beads. I would have to count
the trade beads, but I'm sure in total there are well over a hundred. They
range from small to large. Lots of in-between sizes.

The beads can be viewed at http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/starliaklopman .
Click on Trade Beads and they will be shown. If you want me to email
photos, please send a request to sklopman at cox-internet dot com.

Thanks!

I see the file. What do you see when you click the link? There should be
three files. They should be "Beads", Fused Work", and "Trade Beads". Once
you click on Trade Beads you will be able to see two photos. Click on the
photos to enlarge them. Let me know if you continue to have problems.

No, I have a ton of the African beads and a ton of the Japanese beads. I
have about 100 African and over 100 of the Japanese. I just wanted to show
a varied grouping of them.
