Default EQ 5 help

Does anyone have EQ5? I do, though I haven't used it much. I would like to
download a specific block. I followed the directions, I thought, but when I go
to upload it I can't find it. Here's what I want to copy:
http://www.blockcentral.com/eq5exchange.shtml
Specifically, the "traditional collection 1," and more specifically, 1904 Star.

(I choose "save to disk," but then when I have EQ5 opened and try to put this
collection into the block library I can't find the file. I've gone to "my
computer," looked in the C drive, etc., but can't find files with the "EQ5
Project" extension.)

Thanks!

I forgot to say that when you copy them into your PJ5 file, then you open
EQ5 with that project selected. Go to the libraries menu and pick a library
and style. Then you can save the sketchbook contents into one of your style
libraries.
