Okay, I finally found an acknowledgement about what happened, but does

The law is very freaky when it comes to charities. One of those things is probably it. Though it could be somehing truly bizarre. I used to work for a 501c3 org, and the laws regarding fundraising were many and varied. I imagine those orgs set up to do nothing but raise funds have an ever joyous time with paperwork. NightMist -- Nothing has been the same since that house fell on my sister.
