Scissors
In reply to what type of scissor to use for Hardanger, I love Gingher
embroidery scissors. I purchased mine from Nordic Needle and they are in the $40.00 -45.00 dollar range. The quality is top-notch and for Hardanger you do need a very fine and also very sharp tip. I also have very inexpensive scissors and you can definitely tell the difference. Sincerely, Mary Ann |

Lucille I've seen the Gingher scissors in a number of places, but they're always in gift boxes so that you can't try them out! I've seen a few different styles and lengths. Which ones would you suggest? Louisa |

I went with a friend who claimed all their scissors were good so I just picked one out by size. The one I have measures 4" over all and the blades are just 1" with a very sharp point. Lucille |
