Dropping in to give a rave review to the tech support for Electric Quilt.
Sent a help request via their website this morning; less than an hour later,
got a pleasant email from their computer guru Penny with easy to follow,
clear, CORRECT instructions for fixing the issue....all for EQ6! [Given that
the current edition is EQ7, it's wonderful to have a company still give top
notch support for an outdated product.] I have always loved EQ: clearly they
also believe in their products and give them the support we need. Thanks
Penny...now I can print and preview the fabric requirements so I know for
sure I don't have enough of that fabric.

I love it when we're able to give good reviews for customer service!
Seems like it happens the other way around way too often.

Penny & company may be underwater. Central Ohio had flooding Monday
night and the warnings have just been extended. EQ is in Bowling
Green part of the affected area. Lots of bridges underwater and they
have missed lots of school.
Anna Belle formerly from Ohio
in Palm Bay (Brevard County where we have 16000 acres burning.)
Of course the county is 75 miles long and we are on the other end.
Phew!!!
