I just discovered that a card DH and I have gets me a 15% discount of
1/2 yard plus cuts of fabric at a LQS. There doesn't seem to be a time
limit or a volume limit! Glad I discovered the one!

In the San Francisco Bay Area, I think all LQS give a 10% discount to Guild
members. Even if you didn't want to be an active member of the guild, it's
probably worth the price of membership to join, just for the discount.

Our old guild in MD did that ... was real nice ... discounts at Bear Paw,
Hancock's (we had a really nice one about 50 miles away) and an LQS or two.

Here in the PCB, FL area, we have one guild and one LQS and there's no
discount. :-(
BTW, did I mention that the owner is a member of the guild???

useful info, I don't belong to a guild, we have a pretty active group at
church, plus I do a BOM another local store and they give 10% discount
on the day of the club.
