Please keep me in your prayers and thoughts and send good vibes my way for an
easy labor & delivery. I'm a wimp when it comes to pain, so I can use all the help I can get. They're headed your way!! And just remember to stay focused on your breathing. Don't let anything or anybody distract you from it! Carol in SLC My new jewelry: http://members.aol.com/carolinslc/hillrose.jpg |

Paulette,
Don't be afraid to ask for some pain relief if you need it. Doctors are much better about giving it than 20 years ago when I gave birth - they expected you to come in, grit and drop the baby on the bed. Not being an earthmother, that did not work for me. Demerol did help, though. Patti |

Of course you get tons and tons of pain free, positive, soothing vibes from
me, sweetie. Hopefully it won't be long now. And if there's anything you need, please call me!! I wish I lived closer now so I could come over and help you with stuff and keep you company. (((((((((Paulette)))))))))) -- Kandice Seeber Air & Earth Designs http://www.lampwork.net Hi everyone! In case anyone was wondering if I'd dropped off the face of the earth or something, I thought I'd post to let ya'll know what's going on. For those of you who don't know, I'm pregnant with my first child and the last few months have been kind of rough on me. I've been extremely tired and suffering from all kinds of aches and pains, which makes it really hard to make beads and sit at the computer (and it's driving me crazy ). Anyway, I'm due next Wednesday (August 20th), so the end is near and I will soon have my precious little boy in my arms! Hopefully, I'll give birth near my due date and not two weeks later. I think I'd go nuts by then. I can barely walk now as it is. LOL! If things go smoothly with labor and delivery, within a few weeks after he is born I hope I will be able to get back to my torch for at least for an hour or two each day. Between the fatigue and the aches and pains (especially in my wrists and fingers), I just haven't been able to get myself to go out in the studio for weeks now. Please keep me in your prayers and thoughts and send good vibes my way for an easy labor & delivery. I'm a wimp when it comes to pain, so I can use all the help I can get. LOL! If you are in need of beads, I do still have some available on my "Available Now" page on my website: http://www.flutterdesigns.com/SPIgla...ilable_now.htm Also, I do have some others available that are on a separate page that you can only get to through the following link: http://www.flutterdesigns.com/SPIgla...ilable_now.htm Take care, Paulette ------------------------------------------ SPIglass Studio Website: http://www.spiglass-studio.com |

It really helps heaps with pain during contractions. Just remember to keep drinking lots of water. -- Melinda http://cust.idl.com.au/athol |

Paulette, I wish you an easy (and soon!) delivery. And, it if it happens
to get a little tough, just focus on your little guy that you'll be meeting soon and you'll be just fine! Is someone going to let us know when your bundle of joy arrives??? Just remember to keep drinking lots of water. I second this... and a hot shower with the water aimed at your lower back may help, as well. Juice is good to keep your energy up, if you have a long labor... but try to avoid orange and cranberry juice, because if you throw up they kinda burn.
