Default sources/substitutes for Clarino?

Say,

Does anyone have a source for Clarino artificial leather? It's
commonly used for the palms of athletic gloves, like soccer, cycling,
xc ski.

Or can anyone recommend a readily available substitute with similar
properties, i,e, grippy, flexible, abrasion resistant, breathable,
fast drying, machine washable and dryable.

Would ultrasuede fit this description?

tx
