moderator's notice

I'm off to the Society of North American Goldsmiths conference in Cleveland
tonight. As usual, taking a laptop. But till I get situated there, newsgroup
moderation service will be suspended (sometime tomorrow mid day)

Also, in August, I'll be gone two weeks overseas (Italy!). I doubt I'll be able
to moderate the group while gone on that trip. I could use a volunteer to take
over for those two weeks. If you've got decent internet access to email and a
good news server now, about the only thing this will cost you is some time each
day. I'll supply the needed software and method info. let me know if you're
willing to do this.
