Default Aida UFO, and wow am I late!

While cleaning the other day I discovered the not even half finished birth
announcement for my youngest daughter.

I didn't even start it until she was two, because after doing two for her older
sisters it just took me that long to find another I liked well enough to do a
third.

It's a Bucilla kit, on Aida, called Sleepy Time Castle, very cute, has teddy
bears in a fantasy type castle, and a baby dragon with a baby bottle in one
corner.

Youngest daughter turnes 8 on Feb 2!!!

I am soooooooooo late! rofl

You're making me laugh, too - I was searching for the case of all my DM's
knitting needles - and in going thru big plastic storage tubs from the other
house - found my first ever piece of XS - birth announcement for 4th child
of very dear friends. Said child, now 8.

I didn't even start it until she was two, because after doing two for her
older
sisters it just took me that long to find another I liked well enough to do a

Okay - now I feel worse - I started it when child was less than 1.

Hmmm - something about these kits. Mine is a Noah's arc thing, with a cutesy
frame, on aida. I finished about 90%, and it just needs the lettering and
some of the backstitching done. Hmmmmm.

Ah, well - I'm sure she'll appreciate it. Or, you could let her finish it -
aren't you doing the new kitty design for her?

Looking forward to our S.E.X. outing on Wednesday!

the 35# sack of dog food from the car. It's cold out there - seriously!)

No kidding! I'm sitting home, curled up, shivering!

Best wishes,

That's okay- my oldest granddaughter just turned 7 and I.... just bought a
chart for her birth announcement! Of course, I plan on doing the same one for
all three (almost four) grandchildren- someday!

Of her cat anyway! lol

Each of her sisters had their cats immortalized in Xst already. In some ways,
middle dd has had two, because the Kitty Firefighter thinks dd is her mommy,
rather than thinking she is my cat as originally intended! lol

I have you beat. I started mine about 15 or so years ago - I lost the chart
for the last part, her name wasn't centering, and I've fought that @@@**!!
"no-account" cross-stitch (Beatrix Potter) far too long. The ONLY saving
grace is that the floss is DMC, and I've redone her name about 3 times.
However....I won't give up. Maybe it'll be done in time for her
wedding...if she gets married!
LOL!
