A bracelet salvaging tip to share

A student was weaving a daisy chain bracelet with pinch beads for the
centers of the daisy. After a bit I noticed that one of the daisies was
missing it's center. As I inspected it, more popped out; these particular
beads were cutting through the Silamide (I've used many pinch beads and
have never had a problem, it seemed peculiar to this batch). So I took a
length of Fireline and we wove it right up through the 'spine' of the
bracelet. Worked a treat.

QUestion:
What are pinch beads? Are they Crimp beads?
